Diatom Advisory, Inc. is an independent employee benefits firm. We are a transparent, fee-based company. We disclose our fees, and commissions on applicable lines of coverage, up front. We do this to align our incentives and interests with our clients. We also encourage and facilitate transparent, up-front price agreements between employers and the health care facilities and providers who work with us to deliver excellent care to plan members.
